• Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show delivered early

If your package is confirmed lost:

• We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged package and items immediately

4. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
